These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of superlockandkey.com and the locksmith services we provide (the "Services") operated by Super Lock and Key ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1) Our Services

Super Lock and Key is a licensed and insured locksmith company serving the Tampa Bay area, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and surrounding counties. We provide residential, commercial, automotive, and emergency locksmith services. All technicians are background-checked and operate under our business license.

2) Eligibility & Your Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• You agree to provide accurate information and use the Services lawfully.
• You represent that you are the legal owner, lessee, or authorized occupant/driver of the property or vehicle for which you are requesting locksmith service. We reserve the right to request identification and proof of ownership before performing services (particularly for lockouts, rekeys, and key duplication).
• By submitting a service request or calling our number, you authorize us to contact you regarding your request (including by call, text, or automated messaging where permitted by law).

3) Quotes, Pricing, and Availability

Quotes provided over the phone or online are estimates based on the information you provide and typical job parameters. Final pricing may vary based on job complexity, parts required, time of day, lock/vehicle type, and on-site inspection. Our technician will confirm pricing before beginning work. Arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, job queue, and other external conditions.

4) Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance in writing. We accept cash and major credit cards. A service call fee may apply to dispatches that do not result in completed work due to customer cancellation or inaccessibility.

5) Third-Party Sites & Partners

The Services may link to third-party websites or display phone numbers that connect you to partners. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

6) Prohibited Uses

• Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to property or vehicles you do not own or legally occupy.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services, including automated scraping or attempts to bypass rate limits or security measures.
• Impersonation or misrepresentation, including submitting false or misleading service requests.

7) Intellectual Property

Content on the Services, including text, design, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Super Lock and Key and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written permission.

8) Warranty & Disclaimers

We stand behind our workmanship. Labor on locksmith services performed by our technicians is warranted against defects for 30 days from the date of service, subject to normal use conditions. Parts installed by us carry the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, forced entry after our service, or modifications made by third parties.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPER LOCK AND KEY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO A SPECIFIC SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THAT SERVICE.

10) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Super Lock and Key and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Services, misrepresentation of ownership, or violation of these Terms.

11) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
