Why Rekeying Is Almost Always the Right Call
When you move into a new home, you genuinely don't know how many key copies are floating around — previous owners, contractors, housekeepers, neighbors. Rekeying changes the internal pin tumbler configuration of your existing lock cylinder so all old keys stop working instantly. New keys are cut to the new configuration.
The cost is a flat rate per lock, compared to a flat rate for full hardware replacement. The security improvement is identical when the existing hardware is in good condition. We'll tell you honestly if a lock needs replacing rather than rekeying — we won't upsell you.
Deadbolt and Hardware Upgrades

We carry and install Grade 1 ANSI-rated deadbolts from Schlage, Kwikset, and Medeco that are significantly more pick-resistant, bump-resistant, and drill-resistant.
